April March is a small British Brand inspired by ancient artefacts, ritual and nature.  

Sustainability the core of everything we do. We are environmentally conscious and honest in our approach. All of our piece are handcrafted in our workshop using the finest responsibly sourced materials where possible supplied by small scale accredited British suppliers.


We pledge to only work with ethically conscious suppliers who offer transparency within their supply chain so that we can trace the raw materials back to their roots.  

We are by no means perfect but we are working on it and want to minimise the impact our small brand has the planet; the people and animal who live on it.

ETHICALLY SOURCED MATERIALS

Our materials are ethically sourced. We actively support the mining of Fairmined Gold, Fairtrade Gold and primary use recycled  precious metals when possible. Our gemstones and diamonds are sourced from conflict free/ ethical suppliers. We believe in a transparent supply chain that supports the transformation of the livelihoods of artisan and small-scale gold and silver miners. 


TRANSPARENCY


We are honest and open about our supply chain by providing a list of ingredients and label each product accordingly. We use the best ethically sourced materials where possible to lessen the impact on the planet.



CONSCIOUS


We strive to improve how we work to minimise the effects on the people and the environment; and choose only to work with suppliers who believe in the the same ethical standards and values as we do. We are constantly working to improve our process to reduce waste.


QUALITY


Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by ourselves in-house using the best quality materials. We deliver the complete design and production process ensuring our strict quality standards are maintained at all times. Each piece is made to last. Buy quality over quantity.


AFFORDABLE

We aim to make our jewellery as affordable as possible. We realise our prices may not be as competitive as those made on mass in factories but we do however assure you that we have control over our supply chain. We do not offer hefty discounts simply because we we cannot afford to do so but in return we make treasures that are handcrafted to order and made to last. Buy less, choose well, make it last.

RECYCLABLE 

All of our packaging is recyclable and made within the U.K. The cardboard we use for our jewellery boxes are cards all are made from recycled waste paper.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES​

Once we receive your order please allow the following making/ processing times before we dispatch:


RECYCLED SILVER AND FAIRMINED VERMEIL ITEMS

We make each recycled silver item to order an stock a small quantity of Fairmined gold vermeil pieces. Please allow 3 days for us to handcraft/ handle your item. N.B During busy seasonal periods please allow up to 7 days for us to hand make your items. 

SOLID GOLD AND COMMISSIONS 

Please allow  3 weeks for delivery

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES​

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine what this price is before ordering if you have any concern.



RECEIPT​

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. If you would like to return an item please be aware that the first attempted date of delivery will be counted as date in which goods were received.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery or you have received a faulty item, please see our policies below regarding the return, exchange or refund of your item.

EXCHANGES​

If you would like to return an item we are happy to discuss an exchange up to 28 days from receipt of your order provided the item* is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

*this does not apply to earrings.

RETURNS​

You have a right to return* an item you are unhappy with for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note April March Jewellery does not refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 14 days of receipt of the return.

We are unable to accept refunds, on jewellery collected from the store using the Click and Collect service. Please instead return the jewellery to the store for an exchange within 28 days of collection.

*this does not apply to earrings

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS

You are entitled to a full refund on any faulty goods within 28 days of purchase. If you return a faulty item after this date and within a reasonable time frame you will be entitled to a repair or exchange on your item.

RETURNS POSTAGE COSTS

Postage costs of sending any product back to us falls with the customer. Please package your product properly and send it as recorded delivery (with tracking number) for your own protection, as any items lost in transit will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.

Please email us at hello@aprilmarchjewellery.com before posting any item back to us so we can process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or piercings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

SALE PURCHASES

Online SALE purchases are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange.

BESPOKE AND LIMITED EDITION JEWELLERY

Bespoke jewellery items that were made to order are also not entitled to a refund or exchange. Most items labeled as "Limited Edition" are also non-returnable.

9CT & 18CT GOLD PIECES

All of our 9ct and 18ct Gold pieces are made to order and are non-returnable or refundable.
